Important Notes /Baselines of the Team.
1. Any member of our village can join in the team to involve/share in its activities.
2. All members of the team have EQUAL importance (All are equal- leave all worries, egos and involve happily in the team).
3. Team listens to Thoughts/Concerns/Opinions of everyone.
4. Convert all thoughts shared by team member into TASKs.
5. Categorize all tasks into respective groups (example: School, Plants, Park, etc.).
6. Team will not be against to any object of the village (Example : Parties/Castes/Politicians).
7. Spend enough time on evaluation of the tasks to obtain best outcome of it before implementation of that task.
8. Donate FUNDS to team account as to execute them on priority basis (amount share is not mandatory).
9. Every task will have TASK ADVISOR and TASK MASTER
10. As a team member we should give respect to CONCERNS of the people, discuss them with team to deliver BEST generic answers to the concerned person.
11. Please convert all Internal and External CONFLICTS into tasks as to manage them carefully, take it as opportunity and resolve them with team help- It leads to better practice.
12. MOTIVATE other members of the village and get them interested to join in the team.
13. Team spirit should be improved gradually; it leads to ORGANIZE the activities better.
14. It is the golden opportunity for us to show/prove our values towards building a BEAUTIFUL & SUSTAINABLE village.
Motivational Factors:
1. Present society people are leading mechanical life as to reach their goals and obligations so people miss their happy moments in occupied life, at least we try to get good atmosphere in our village that may give us some relief , personality development and bright future to the both villagers & next generations.
2. Everyone will have their own life as usually includes personal & family growth , career, vision , goals, and ambitions – apart from all these things can we have some space to involve in team activities to develop our village better.
3. Can we build positive and healthy atmosphere in the village, this will give good results in making every living object HAPPY.
4. Help each other (doesn’t matter wherever you located) in skill sharing, building strong relationship with team and village.
5. As part of Team Proving Stage (TPS)->execute as many tasks as possible in the village and outside of village –Please refer tasks in TASKs tab.
6. As part of Team Strengthening Stage (TSS)-> Spend enough time to discuss with team & villagers and get more members connected to team concept.
7. Members, those are not having interest to join the team also respected by the team because we want every living object’s happiness.
